Quality rooms for your holiday stay, select spacious rooms without being packed in to a hotel like Sardines.

Please note we are NOT connected in any way with the old Mellorburn Hotel, the reviews are still all over the internet easy to find them but try to get them removed!  We bought the property and have fully refurbished it, I doubt you can find better rooms In Blackpool.

We do not accept bookings for Stag/Hens, we are an exclusive establishment and you will have a peaceful stay.

We also are NOT on any booking sites, we are simply exclusive and not interested in the masses looking for discounts.

An ideal location in the heart of Blackpools North Shore area, just a five minutes walk from the rail station (North) and a short hop skip & jump to the sea front. North Pier is a short walk along the promenade.

Town centre shops are a short stroll and we are very close to many of the lively bars for evening entertainment (only a minutes & half, but without being too close for noise!). 

Nearest tram stop is Pleasant Street, about 3 minutes walk round the corner.

 

We are a small quality establishment, providing lovely accommodation but without being surrounded by other people.  The idea is you go out for nightlife and return to a little haven to relax and have a comfortable sleep.  There are lots of hotels/guesthouse type places catering for the masses at very cheap prices, we are only taking a few select guests.

 

Ideal for Couples, if you would like a relaxing break, or valentines style trip to Blackpool. We are ideal as a base for lots of places to visit.  Visit the Lake District for an afternoon, Preston/Manchester/Liverpool and a host of other towns/cities are all easy reached by rail or bus so no need to drive.
